Liz Kettle is a fabric and mixed media artist with a passion for teaching others the joy of making art and discovering their creative flow.

She loves how texture, color and line can tell a story without words. Kettle’s art work tells stories that are personal as well as those that speak of relationship, humanity and the earth. She is the creator of the Stitch Meditation Process.

This process brings together mindfulness and creative experience in a daily practice that reduces stress, relaxes the body and engages the right brain.
